As we continue to monitor the progression of the Covid-19 virus and follow the advice set forth by the Public Health Agency of Canada, we are taking measures in the effort to keep our customers safe. We are applying all precautionary practices to help prevent the spread of the virus while we deal with your plumbing emergency.
For all emergency plumbing service calls we are taking the following measures to protect our customers:
Pre-screening calls – all customers will be asked the following prior to booking in an appointment
Has anyone in your home travelled outside Canada within the past 14 days?
Is there anyone in the home currently under self-isolation?
Is anyone in the home showing any symptoms of the Virus?
Our emergency plumbers have been equipped with an adequate supply of:
hand sanitizer
disinfectant wipes
masks
single-use gloves
boot covers
goggles
We will be keeping recommended safe social distance and will not be shaking hands with customers or asking for signatures on paper work.
